We are looking for an assistant manager to primarily run the F+B area of this exciting new leisure and hospitality site. However, the role also offers the opportunity to broaden your management skills and learn about management within the wider leisure and hospitality industry.

So if you come from a pub or restaurant background, or have experience within other leisure of hospitality sites such as busy coffee shops, QSR and bowling alleys/cinemas/ trampoline parks or similar, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.

You should have a good understanding of KPIs and be able to manage a large and diverse team.

• Ensure-compliance-with-health-and-safety-regulations-and-maintain- -cleanliness-in-all-areas.
• Develop-and-implement-strategies-to-enhance-guest-experiences-and- drive-business-growth.
• Maintain-inventory-and-manage-supplies-to-support-operational-needs.
• Maintain-operational-efficiency-in-a-multi-faceted-site-that-will-require-different-skillsets-for-each-area
