Join us and be part of a team that makes a real difference every day!The Role:We are looking for a motivated and friendly Assistant Manager to support our Shop Manager and team in the effective running of our busy shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. The Assistant Manager’s main role is to support the Shop Manager and the team in the effective running of the shop while maintaining high levels of service for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Assisting the Shop Manager in organising and planning daily strategiesAssisting the Shop Manager with team buildingHelping implement Company Policies and ProceduresNetworking with customers and the local communityGeneral adminSort and prepare donations for saleSteam and price clothing itemsCreate eye-catching shop displaysHandle cash and operate the tillFoster a welcoming atmosphere for customersAddress customer queries and resolve issuesBuild connections within the local communityStay informed about our products and current promotionsThe Candidate:At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader / Assistant ManagerAt least 1 year of Retail or Hospitality experienceInterpersonal and great communication skillsProblem-solving attitudeOrganised and efficientHard-workingPositive approachLives within 45 minutes of the storeAble to assist the team with all shop duties e.g. lifting/ handling of loads/crates/sacksWorking times:Shop Opening Hours: 09:30-17:308-hour shift/ 30min paid breakWhat We Offer:Employee Assistance ProgramEnhanced sick pay (subject to conditions)28 days holiday, including bank and public holidaysEmployee discount (subject to conditions)A birthday day off after 2 years of employmentHow to Apply:If you are passionate about retail and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!Join us at FARA East Sheen and be part of something special!Application form
