We''re on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced retail store in Belfast, supporting both trade and customer-facing operations. What you''ll be doing:

• Engaging with customers and existing clients to maximise retail and service sales
• Spotting retail upselling opportunities, especially with customers visiting for tool servicing
• Supporting your Store Manager with daily operations, team development, and performance
• Delivering great visual merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards
• Working towards personal and team KPIs to drive retail growth

What we''re looking for:

• Experience at Assistant Manager, Store Leader or Supervisor level
• A proven background in retail, sales or trade environments
• Someone with a retail mindset, who thrives on hitting targets and delivering great service
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a growth mindset
