We are seeking a driven, hands on Assistant Manager to join a fast paced retail store in Monument. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to support the Store Manager, lead from the front and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the retail store. You will support performance, develop the team and ensure operational standards are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day to day running of the retail store as Assistant Manager, ensuring high standards across operations and customer service.
• Drive sales performance and retail KPIs through coaching and leadership.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager''s absence.
• Oversee stock management, cash handling and store safety procedures.
• Maintain excellent visual standards and create a welcoming retail environment.
• Develop, motivate and inspire the team to deliver expert service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial performance.
• Experience driving sales and leading a team to achieve targets.
• Confident decision maker who can run a retail store when required.
