Serving fresh, classic pub dishes, this privately owned establishment is run by hands-on owners who need a reliable, customer-focused assistant to help oversee operations and ensure guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit.Perks of the Job:* Enjoy 2.5 days off per week, sometimes even 3* A reasonable 40-hour workweek

Your Role as Assistant Manager:* Lead shifts and keep service running seamlessly* Step in for the owners when they''re away* Train and develop the team* Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere* Provide outstanding customer serviceWhat We''re Looking For:* Experience in restaurant supervision or management within a quality, food-led hospitality environment* Strong understanding of food service and guest satisfaction* Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
