About the Service The ethos of the trauma informed staff team is to help meet the individual needs of each young person with understanding and empathy and to create a setting in which young people can be happy, have fun and thrive through respectful, caring and developmental relationships. In your new role The Assistant Residential Manager will support the Registered Manager in the efficient running of the residential home. You will largely be responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in the efficient operational management of the house as well as providing excellent care to the children and young people.
