About the RoleWere on the hunt for a confident, energetic and hands on Assistant Manager to join the team at Bootlegger Vault. A venue known for killer cocktails, roaring live music, vintage charm, and an unbeatable vibe.As Assistant Manager, youll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar, help lead the team from the front, and make sure every guest leaves with a story worth telling.This is a full-time role based on a 45-hour working week, at £13.50 per hour.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting the GM with daily operationsRunning smooth, high-energy shiftsLeading and motivating the team on the floorHelping manage rotas, stock, training and standardsMaking sure the vibe is always on point and the bar looks sharpKeeping everything safe, clean, and compliantBeing a welcoming, positive presence for both guests and team

What You Bring to the TablePrevious experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role (supervisor or above)A love for great service, great drinks and even better atmosphereThe ability to stay calm, lead confidently and solve problems on the flyA hands-on attitude and a natural way with peopleA decent understanding of bar operations, licensing and compliance
