This is a hands-on role where you''ll be right in the middle of the action. Working closely with the General Manager, you''ll help lead the team, run shifts, maintain standards and make sure every customer has a great experience. You''ll be trusted to take ownership when you''re on shift, make decisions, delegate effectively and keep things moving - while providing valuable support to the GM across the wider operation.
