The team are experienced, down-to-earth and genuinely invested in helping you develop.This is a role where you''ll learn fast, you''ll also be supported every step of the way.What You''ll Be DoingReporting into a Finance Manager - Property you will be part of a small team within the Finance functions.Supporting with internal reporting across property areas (rents, rates, service charges, utilities etc.)Preparing accruals and prepaymentsCompleting PandL variance analysis and producing supporting schedulesAssisting with budgeting and forecastingBalance sheet reconciliationsHelping with external reporting including statutory accounts and audit queriesWorking with internal and external stakeholders (brand finance, auditors, shared service teams)What We''re Looking ForSomeone with a great attitude, ..... full job details .....
