Assistant Management Accountant

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a leading care provider with multiple sites across the UK. They are currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their friendly and supportive finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across multi-site management accounts, while receiving full study support and enjoying hybrid working flexibility (1 day per week based in the office and 4 from home). Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly management accounts for 23 operating sites Prepare and post journals (prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, etc.) Manage petty cash and reconcile staff expenses Upload sales invoices and review utility bills for accuracy Reconcile billable extras and food cost reports Assist in identifying anomalies and adding commentary to accounts Candidate Profile We re looking for someone who is: A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships Organised, accurate, and deadline-driven Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills Experience in an accounting role to include prepayments, accruals, fixed assets and accounts payable Studying towards AAT, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (study support provided) Previous experience in a multi-site/ multi-entity environment is essential Apply Now If you''re looking for your next challenge in a supportive and growing organisation, we d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
