Responsibilities: Independently manage supplier and customer invoice processing, cash allocation, payment runs, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support aged creditor and debtor reviews by resolving finance queries and managing timely collections and payments across the business. Prepare and submit working capital reporting covering debtors, creditors, cash flow, inventory, and retentions while maintaining accurate finance records. Maintain purchase orders, sales order data, and order book updates accurately within the company system to support operational efficiency. Track customer retentions and provide reporting to ensure visibility of amounts due, outstanding balances, and released funds.
