Assistant Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support cash flow reporting and analysis
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight
• Help improve and develop finance processes as the function continues to evolve
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

The ideal candidate will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA with strong experience supporting month-end accounting processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst consistently meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, alongside a proactive and can-do attitude, are essential, as is a genuine keenness to learn and progress within a growing business.
