As part of the role, you will be supporting the Finance Director with the provision of accurate financial information, maintenance of financial controls, and day-to-day accounting activities. Once you have received all the necessary training, you will: Manage the end-to-end purchase ledger, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, and variance investigations.Prepare supplier payment forecasts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Assist with the production of monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis.Prepare journals, bank reconciliations, and support balance sheet reconciliations and month/year-end processes.Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and business planning through financial analysis and reporting.Assist with stock accounting activities, including stock counts, inventory accuracy, petty cash, and company credit card reconciliations.Provide finance support across the business, including ERP system ..... full job details .....
