The Assistant Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial operations within the accounting and finance department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.Client DetailsThe employer is well established in their industry sector and would be recognised for their focus on innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to their clients.DescriptionOwnership of monthly cost of sale accounting and product margins, including commentaryAssist in preparation of monthly Management Accounts (Accruals, prepayments, re-allocations)High volume balance sheet account reconciliationsIntercompany accounting, including reconciliations of multi-currency accountsFixed Asset accountingMonthly KPI reportingPreparation of third party supplier self-billing statementsPreparation of monthly reports for distribution to the businessAssist with Quarterly SOX testingAssist in annual statutory audits, assist in internal audits when requiredContinuous improvement of Finance processes and management reportingParticipate in special projects as requiredProfileA successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.Experience with financial reporting and management accounting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.ACCA Studier ..... full job details .....
