Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified Assistant Management Accountant to join a fast-growing SME based in North Kent. This role offers the opportunity to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes crucial to strategic decision-making.Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will:Assist with monthly management accountsPrepare accurals and prepaymentsOversee the fixed assets registerPerform bank and intercompany reconcilisations This role would suit a candidate with the following background/experience:AAT Level 4 qualification or higher, with active progress towards ACCA or CIMA.Experience in a similar Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant role within Commerce and Industry.Knowledge of ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.Be able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.Joining this organisation provides excellent opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment .
