Working within a collaborative finance team, you will support colleagues across commercial, operational and project-delivery functions while helping the business strengthen its financial processes and reporting. Your new role This is a broad Assistant Management Accountant position with a significant focus on payroll coordination. You will compile and review weekly and monthly payroll information, liaise with an outsourced payroll provider and work with HR to process adjustments relating to overtime, incentives, mileage, deductions, starters, leavers and absence. You will also check returned payroll information, allocate payroll costs and ensure submissions are complete and accurate. Alongside payroll, you will help prepare weekly KPI reports, monthly management accounts, variance analysis and balance-sheet reconciliations, including stock-related reconciliations.
