Assistant Management Accountant - Creative

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced Management Accountants and the CFO, gaining exposure across a varied client portfolio in a collaborative and creative environment.Operating on a hybrid working model, this role offers the chance to build your bookkeeping expertise while developing a broader understanding of finance within dynamic, fast-paced industries.Key duties: Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients across various industries including Fashion and MediaPerform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices, receipts, and paymentsManage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctlyCarry out regular bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare and submit VAT returns in line with HMRC deadlinesAssist in the preparation of management accounts, including profit and loss (PandL) statementsReview and analyse PandL reports, identifying variances and highlighting any anomalies to senior team membersSupport month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and journal postingsMonitor client accounts, resolving discrepancies and liaising directly with clients where requiredEnsure compliance with ..... full job details .....
