Working closely with the wider Asset Management team, you will help ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, remain compliant with statutory requirements, and align with long-term investment plans.- This is a varied role offering exposure to planned maintenance, compliance, capital investment projects, sustainability initiatives, contractor management, and property inspections.
