Because when you live well and work well, everyone benefits including the people we support.About the roleAssistant Locality ManagerBury St Edmunds.Full time 37.5 hours per week / 22.5 hours off-rota£31,773.07 per annum.Full UK driving licence with access to own car essential.As an Assistant Locality Manager, you will work closely with the Locality Manager to deliver safe, person-centred, high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Bury St Edmunds. Your time will be split between hands-on leadership within the homes and dedicated off-rota management, ensuring strong quality, engaged teams, and sustainable rotas.This role forms part of our operational leadership team. You ll benefit from structured off-rota time, coaching, and tailored training, developing your skills across home delivery, people leadership, and quality and compliance.
