Location: Oxford | Salary: £40000 - £60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxford Salary: -35,000 - -60,000 DOE + Package Job Type: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering office and laboratory fit-out projects across Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career while working on a varied portfolio of high-quality interior refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with cost planning and procurement. Prepare subcontract packages and tender documentation. Manage valuations and variations. Support monthly cost reporting. Assist with final accounts. Work closely with Project Managers and Contracts Managers. Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks. Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements Experience within construction or fit-out. Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying preferred. Experience on CAT A/CAT B fit-out projects desirable. Laboratory project experience beneficial. Strong numerical and commercial awareness. Good communication and organisational skills.
