Assistant-Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

I am keen to speak to Quantity Surveyors of Assistant to Intermediate level with at least 2 years experience.

My client is a contractor working on projects across London and the South East and these combine elements of groundworks, RC frames and structural alterations (cut and carve) and builders works

Projects are typically between a few hundred thousand pounds up to around five million pounds and are all within an hour of head office in Herts. Typically. your week will consist of 3/4 days on site and 1/2 days in the office.

My client is thriving due to close relationships with clients- builders, developers and fit out/refurb specialists, commitment to service and delivery and a partnership model of working.

Ideally candidates will have relevant experience to the above and as mentioned previously, at least 2 years experience in a similar environment- base salaries are dependent on experience but will be around 35-55k with room for negotiation.
