Assistant / Intermediate QS

A reputable build contractor based in Southern England have secured a couple of long term social housing maintenance projects (values £5 to £10 million in value) in the North Hampshire and Berkshire regions. 

Due to winning a number of keys projects in this region they are seeking an Assistant / Intermediate QS to work alongside their Senior QS to take ownership of one of their smaller framework projects.

Ideally you will be from either a maintenance and/or construction background having a proven track record (min; 2 years) within a mix of reactive and planned maintenance or general build projects. 

In return you will be joining a forward thinking medium size contractor who offers excellent training and advancement within their group.
