Contact residents early to address missed payments and prevent debt building up. Manage shared inboxes, case documents and accurate resident records, including support needs. Accurately process rent payments, direct debits, card transactions and refunds. Help Income Officers manage early arrears through reminders and payment plans. Explain payment responsibilities and connect residents with benefits and money advice to help sustain tenancies.
