Assistant Hospitality Operations Manager

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Hospitality Operations Manager on behalf of a prestigious client in the Glasgow area.This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong operational experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced catering and events environment. The role is heavily focused on conferences, events, delivered catering services and high-profile functions, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.Location: GlasgowPay Rate: 15.38 per hourHours: 35 hours per week (5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends as required)Contract: Temporary initially, with the potential for a permanent opportunity beyond Christmas The RoleWorking closely with the Hospitality Operations Management team, you will support the delivery of high-quality catering and hospitality services across multiple venues. You will assist in leading a team of more than 20 staff, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained while supporting the successful delivery of conferences, corporate events, VIP functions, weddings and formal dinners.
