The role in brief A hands-on health and safety and operations support position covering both the office and live projects. You ll make sure company standards are understood, followed and consistently maintained, working closely with Directors, Contracts Managers, Site Managers and project teams. It s not a desk-based admin job: you ll be on site regularly, auditing, reporting and driving actions to close-out. What you ll do HandS and site assurance: Carry out site safety audits (ideally 1 to 2 days a week), write up the findings, and track corrective actions to completion. Challenge unsafe practices constructively and escalate persistent issues to the Directors. Champion the company s HandS, environmental and welfare policies, and develop the HandS training programme, including in-house training. Policies and documentation: Keep company policies, procedures and HandS documentation current and understood.
