With a strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement, the council offers a collaborative and forward-thinking working environment where your work will have a direct impact on residents'' wellbeing.Your new role As an Assistant Health and Safety Advisor at RBKC, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a comprehensive health and safety service across the council''s operations.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting and delivering person-centred fire risk assessments (PCFRAs) for vulnerable residentsMaintaining accurate data, ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting administrative processesAssisting the Health, Safety and Resilience team with day-to-day operational activitiesCarrying out risk assessments (e.g. DSE, manual handling, first aid) as a competent personProviding practical health and safety advice to employees across multiple sitesSupporting site inductions and facilitating health and safety meetingsAssisting with incident investigations, reporting and preventative recommendationsDeveloping and reviewing safe systems of work and guidance documentsLiaising ..... full job details .....
