You will provide strong phase leadership, ensuring consistent approaches to teaching, learning and assessment, while embedding whole-school policies and expectations. A key part of the role is supporting staff to deliver a high-quality curriculum that drives positive outcomes for all pupils, including those with additional needs.Alongside raising academic standards you will lead aspects of pastoral care, behaviour and safeguarding to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
