This role may become a permanent role for the right candidate and provides an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to students'' wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and overall school experience.You will work closely with the Head of Year and wider pastoral team to support students across a designated year group, helping to maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance, and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Year in managing the day-to-day pastoral needs of studentsBuild strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carersMonitor student behaviour, attendance, and punctuality, implementing interventions where requiredAssist with behaviour management strategies and contribute to a positive learning environmentProvide emotional and practical support to students facing challengesWork collaboratively with teaching staff, safeguarding leads, and external agenciesContribute to safeguarding and ensure all policies are followed effectivelyThe Ideal Candidate Will HavePrevious experience working in a secondary ..... full job details .....
