Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will remain close to practice with a 50% teaching commitment, modelling excellence in the classroom.Working closely with the Deputy Head of Sixth Form, you will: Lead and develop a high-quality, ambitious, and inclusive curriculum. Inspire, manage, and develop a team of teachers and Learning Support Assistants Drive continuous improvement through coaching, observation, and CPD.
