Assistant Head of Conveyancing (fully qualified)

The firm are also recognised by the Legal 500.What you ll be doing:Supporting the Head of Conveyancing in the day-to-day management of the department across all locationsEnsuring staff training is up to date and that all staff have clear development plansSupporting team members with more complex matters Conducting performance and file reviews Managing a reduced caseload including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactionsRemortgagesTransfers of equityShared ownershipNew plot purchasesAttending management meetings and leading the department in the absence of the Head of DepartmentPreparing billsLiaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, referrers and other third-party professionalsBusiness development / networking activitiesWhat s on offer:This is a full-time permanent job, which is fully office-based.
