Assistant Group Financial ControllerLocation: City of London (Hybrid - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday office-based)Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + BenefitsAre you a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant looking for a technically focused Group Finance role within a complex and growing international business?This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys staying close to financial reporting, group accounting and controls, while also gaining exposure to wider finance transformation and improvement projects.The RoleWorking closely with senior finance leadership and regional finance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate group reporting, strong financial controls and effective finance processes across an international, multi-entity environment.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the monthly group close, financial reporting and consolidation process.Managing balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting across the Group.Supporting statutory reporting, tax, audit and wider financial governance requirements.Assisting with technical accounting matters and maintaining robust financial controls.Working with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to improve reporting, processes and financial accuracy.Supporting finance transformation, process improvement and wider Group Finance projects.About YouThe successful candidate will be a technically strong and detail-focused finance professional who enjoys working ..... full job details .....
