This is an opportunity to truly make your mark, blending creativity, leadership, and a passion for Japanese culture.About You:Proven experience in a leadership role within premium restaurants, with exposure to both floor operations and beverage programs.Deep knowledge and passion for wine

ideally including natural, low-intervention, and food-friendly wines.Familiarity with sake, Japanese spirits, and a creative approach to cocktail development.A keen eye for detail and a genuine love of hospitality and guest engagement.Hands-on, visible leadership style
