Assistant General Manager !

OverviewAs an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at The Botanist, you will balance your time between managing the Restaurant and Bar Managers, while working closely with the Senior Kitchen team. An AGM is a people-focused role responsible for appraisals, 1:1 meetings, HR issues and recruitment. You will be the go-to person for the team; queries and issues come to you, and you will help execute the GM’s strategy and vision. You will lead the Duty Managers and support them in delivering their targets.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Restaurant and Bar Managers, while collaborating with the Senior Kitchen team.

Conduct appraisals, 1:1 meetings, HR issues, and recruitment.

Serve as the main point of contact for team queries and issues.

Execute the General Manager''s vision and strategy.

Lead the Duty Managers and track their performance to help them succeed.
