Always.As Assistant General Manager you must:Work closely with the General Manager as a key figure within the restaurant and overall running of the team and restaurantMaintain responsibility with General Manager for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve workforce stability, productivity and loyaltyEnsure managers and their teams are supported via coaching and training.Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, acting as a figurehead for the restaurant and driving improved productivity, turnover and profitabilityIdentify business opportunities which provide greatest return on investment aligned with company strategyWhats
