Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume restaurant.Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.Have a Ja Tak attitude (Danish for "Yes, thank you") and embody our Big smile, small ego spirit.Have a genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike
