Ensure we are delivering the best experience for our guests on every visitContribute to delivering the quarterly business plansLead by example through training, coaching and developing a winning teamManage a PandL to meet financial targets and expectationsOversee Safety, Security and licensing aspects of the businessManage the guest experience platform to improve service and standardsMaintain a fun and engaging culture using our Brand Standards and Company EthosConduct monthly reviews with all team members to encourage growth and developmentEnsure service standards and duty management are upheld during operating hoursBe an industry expert in all areas of duty managementWhat we’re looking for
