OverviewOur client is seeking an
Assistant General Manager
to join the leadership team of a vibrant hospitality and entertainment venue. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for people, service, and operations to contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.
Deputise for the General Manager when required, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Deliver onboarding and training for new team members.
Recruit and develop team members.
Lead social media marketing and venue promotion.
Manage film scheduling and programming (venue-specific).
Oversee stock management and cost control.
Inspire and lead the team to maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Deputy or Assistant General Manager
(or equivalent supervisory management role).
Strong background in
hospitality and customer service-focused environments .
Proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team.
Excellent communication skills with a confident, personable style.
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen and self-motivation.
Passion for food, drink, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
