DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE FOR ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERSFocused on delivering fantastic customer service, channelling the warm and friendly Australian spiritExperience working in a similar, fast paced restaurant environment preferred.A can-do attitude, natural team player who is eager to support their peers.Flexible, reliable and punctualStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to present our menus and our business philosophy with customers and colleagues.Passionate about working with quality food ingredients, array of spirit brands and artisan coffee.Stock ordering and control in line with site targets and storage spaceA strong eye for detail. Delivering dishes with speed and consistencyFull of energy, desire to be the best and progress in our teamValid UK visaFull knowledge of food safety
