The Flight Club Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager to join us for the ride.The JobResponsibilitiesAs Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective, your key responsibilities will be to:Look after our peopleMaximise TradingDeliver a spectacular Customer ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you’llHave passion and experience of delivering exceptional standards and customer experiences.Have at least 1 years’ experience at Assistant General Manager level in a similar environmentHave a keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the sameBe able to think on your feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bringLead by example – inspiring, coaching and developing their team every dayHave full knowledge and experience of controlling all elements of the business financials.Experience is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us.
