Supporting the General Manager in running the venue.Leading a team - motivating, mentoring, and making sure everyone’s smashing it.Keeping the place looking sharp, stocked up, and running smoothly.Getting stuck into events, launches, and all things Rebel.Making sure our customers leave with a smile (and maybe a new favourite beer).Helping with labor costings/Creating Rota''sKeeping up with our social media, creating epic posts and keeping our brand recognised.Supporting with our GM with all Recruitment needsSupporting all onboarding for new startersComplete all stock control processes and review to ensure accurate.Responsible for stock ordering, ensuring costs are controlled and to budget.What we’re looking for

Experience in hospitality or retail management - you know your way around a busy venue.A natural leader who’s all about team spirit and positive energy.Someone who’s organised, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.Benefits
