A leading multinational organisation seeking a senior legal professional to join its UK legal team in a high-impact, strategic role. Deliver expert legal advice across commercial contracts, outsourcing, procurement, and regulatory compliance.Support major contract negotiations and tender processes across multiple business segments.Lead and develop a high-performing legal team, fostering collaboration and professional development.Act as Deputy to the General Counsel, contributing to legal strategy and departmental leadership.Ensure compliance with anti-bribery, corruption, and data protection regulations.Drive innovation in legal operations and support the delivery of training and internal policies.Oversee legal department budgeting and implement efficient systems and processes.Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ PQE.Experience gained in top-tier private practice and/or in-house within a large, fast-paced organisation.Expertise in commercial contracts, public procurement, TUPE, GDPR, and technology services agreements.Experience with joint ventures, MandA, and complex legal structures.Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.Required Skills
