The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be happy to get involved in a range of tasks to help maintain the grounds and properties to a high standard.The role will include: General garden and woodland maintenance.Grass cutting, strimming and use of other garden machinery.General grounds maintenance and upkeep.General labouring and practical maintenance work.Property upkeep and basic maintenance.Safe use and care of power tools and maintenance equipment.Assisting with other trades and general property tasks when required.Working across other properties on an ad-hoc basis.
