Assistant Front of House Manager

Lead the execution of all hospitality services on matchday & manage hospitality suites, executive lounges, private boxes, and premium seating areas.
Ensure seamless delivery of food, beverage, and guest services across all hospitality spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, licensing, and safeguarding regulations.

Matchday Management
Oversee all hospitality activities before, during, and after fixtures.
Manage VIP arrivals, guest registration, and premium customer experiences.
Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.


Customer Experience
Create memorable experiences for corporate clients, sponsors, members, and VIP guests.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and hospitality members.


Event Management
Support the delivery of conferences, banquets, awards dinners, and corporate events.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
Ensure events are delivered within budget and to agreed standards.
