Assistant Financial Management Accountant - Derry/Londonderry - Public Sector Join a leading Public Sector healthcare organisation as an Assistant Financial Management Accountant, supporting the delivery of financial management services across a range of clinical and non-clinical departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional or part-qualified accountant to develop their career within a large, Public Sector organisation that plays a vital role in supporting healthcare services across the region. About the role: £19.78 p/h Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Public sector opportunity Based in Derry/Londonderry Full-time position Ongoing professional development What you will be doing: upporting the Financial Management team with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Producing monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Providing financial advice and support to managers and budget holders. Assisting with budget setting, monitoring and financial planning processes. Preparing reconciliations and analysing financial data. Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts and audit requirements. Supervising and supporting members of the finance team. Contributing to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. What you will need: Either: 5 years'' relevant finance experience, including 2 years at supervisory level; OR Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CPA) with 2 years'' relevant ..... full job details .....
