This is a permanent opportunity for a finance professional with experience in month-end accounting, reconciliations and VAT compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, provisions and other accounting adjustments. Support the timely completion of month-end close processes, management accounts and financial reporting. Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Monitor aged balances and ensure supporting documentation is complete, accurate and audit-ready. Prepare periodic VAT returns, maintain indirect tax records and support VAT audits and tax authority enquiries. Assist with external and internal audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations and supporting evidence.
