Assistant Finance Manager

Career Moves are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a renowned global marketing agency based in the heart of London.Our client are looking for a part qualified Assistant Finance Manager to join their team on an initial six-month contract, with potential to become permanent. You''ll support financial reporting, help drive performance insights, and work closely with finance and leadership teams in a fast-paced professional services environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain accurate accounting recordsSupport monthly reporting and management accountsAssist with month-end/year-end close and reconciliationsSupport payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivableContribute to revenue, WIP, and billing analysisAssist with audits, VAT, and tax reportingSupport client agreements and project setupMaintain financial system dataAssist with utilisation and profitability analysisSkills and ExperienceFinance/Accounting degree (or equivalent experience)Part-qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) desirableStrong analytical and numerical skillsGood understanding of financial principles and compliance basicsHigh attention to detail and organisationIf this is you get in touch or apply ..... full job details .....
