Assistant Finance Implementation LeadRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Implementation Lead to support the delivery and implementation of a new finance system. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between Finance, Technology, and external implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition.This role is ideal for someone with finance process knowledge combined with hands-on experience supporting ERP or assisting with finance system implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to gather and document business requirementsSupport in decisions making on a new systemAssist with system configuration, and mappingIdentify process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectivesManage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies relating to finance workstreamsEnsure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and complianceSupport change managementProvide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendationsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience supporting finance system or ERP implementationsStrong understanding of finance processes Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similarAbility to translate business requirements into functional solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with UAT planning and executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational and project ..... full job details .....
