Assistant Finance Controller / Finance Generalist Location: Swansea Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Immediate Start, Excellent salary package Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Finance Generalist to join our Swansea-based finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to provide critical finance support during the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system. Key Responsibilities Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and journal processing Maintain accurate general ledger records and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments and variance analysis Prepare and support monthly management accounts and financial reporting Assist with forecasting, budgeting and group reporting requirements Help maintain finance documentation and controls during the ERP implementation About You Previous experience within a Finance Generalist, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Assistant Controller role Strong understanding of month-end processes, reconciliations and financial reporting Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or operational environment would be advantageous Familiarity with ERP systems ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential Qualified by experience candidates are encouraged to apply ..... full job details .....
