Youll welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and help create a seamless, enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.Youll oversee the daily running of the restaurant, working closely with the team to ensure service flows smoothly and that each guest leaves satisfied. In this hands-on role, youll also step up to support the Food and Beverage Manager when needed, ensuring the same high standards are always upheld.About You:Experienced and Hospitality-Focused
Youve worked in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel, ideally at supervisory level or above.Natural Leader
You lead by example, guiding and inspiring your team to consistently deliver great service.Customer Service Star
You have excellent interpersonal skills and always put the guest experience first, using feedback to improve and innovate.Strong Communicator
