The Role The Assistant Farm Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the business, managing a small team and reporting to the Farm Manager. Operation of modern machinery. Grainstore management on two modern, well-equipped sites. Support budgeting, record keeping, compliance and machinery policies. Working with the manager to develop and refine our regenerative farming techniques. The Candidate Ambitious, motivated and organised, with good people and communication skills. An experienced arable operator, with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. PA1and PA2 and telehandler certificates required. Prior experience of regenerative farming / CSS / SFI Schemes is beneficial. The Package Competitive remuneration, based on experience. Use of Company vehicle. Accommodation considered.
